On March 29, 2017, Arkansas legislators in the House and Senate passed Senate Bill 651 (SB651) allowing Public Private Partnerships (P3) in the State of Arkansas. SB651 was officially signed on May 1 and is now Act 813. The new law provides an avenue for projects to be constructed that would otherwise not be feasible due to financial or other hindrances.read more
